Community Living Program

The Community Living Program supports members of our community who have developmental disabilities to lead more meaningful lives. 

Community Living Supports:

• Enable people the freedom to choose their own customized support plan.
• Provide up to 24 hours of assistance per day depending on one's required level of support.
• Enable individuals to live in their own homes, in the community of their choice.
• Fashion whole life, non-residential independence that leads to greater self reliance and growth.
• Enhance the lives of people with developmental disabilities by assisting people to develop valued social roles and fully participate in their communities.
